Our Shipping Policy
Overview
Please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant information. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the provided details are incorrect!
We ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available for a PO Boxes; other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time . For international shipments on behalf of our customers’ authorizes iNTROVERT100 importing goods into his country on their behalf if they choose this option during checkout – but be aware that you’ll need pay taxes & duties along with your purchase price!
iNTROVERT100 is committed to ensuring that your order shipping and billing preferences are met. However, in the event we cannot process an order or verify a correct address with you for purposes of purchase; then iNTROVERT100 reserves its rights on how best handle this situation by requiring customers use a “common” address instead if possible ones which may be more beneficial based off what’s needed at any given time during processing.
iNTROVERT100 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion due to irregular returns history, which could be indicative of “wardrobing” and/or suspicious activity.
iNTROVERT100 reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or reject returns from any customer or entity due to similar actions as noted above.
Order Processing Time
We strive to ship all orders as quickly and efficiently possible. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international shipments may take up 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays ,and holidays) to process before being shipped.
Shipping Rates and Timelines
We are happy to offer free shipping for all of our customers on most of our products unless stated otherwise such as international shipments.
Most orders will arrive quickly between 7-14 business days after your order has been processed.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are not refundable. If you refuse any shipments from iNTROVERT100, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of returning it to us; this amount is deducted from credits issued in exchange for our product(s).
Delivery Policy
We know how important it is to get your packages on time and we’re sorry if something happens! If you didn’t receive the order withhin 30 days from delivery date, please contact us so that we can investigate. iNTROVERT100 does not guarantee responsibility for lost or missing items reported as delivered by carrier – but of course cases will be reviewed individually and we will do everything we can to make it right.
Delivery Claims
iNTROVERT100 is here to make your post-purchase process as smooth and seamless an experience with our customer service support. Claims may take up to 30 days to complete depending on the carrier.
We will assist you in working with the carrier if there are any issues that arise during shipment, but we cannot issue refunds or credits for packages reported as delivered by carriers.
Out of Stock Items
We want you to be satisfied with your order, so if one or more items are out of stock we’ll ship the rest and issue a refund on original payment method for any missing products.
