Our Refund and Returns Procedure
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-returnable items:
- Sale Items
- Downloadable products
- Some electronic items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store gift card will be automatically emailed to you and can be used instantly.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Please note that we don’t offer any cash refunds. However, if you happen to have an issue with your purchase and would like a gift card instead of money back – all items must be returned in original condition (including packaging, paperwork, and accessories), with tags still attached! Also “Final Sale” merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged either so make sure it’s something worth getting before buying online here at our store!
If you have a problematic returns history, we’ll take what action is necessary to keep our customers and their items safe. We will not falsify any information about your identity or purchase details in order for us to process an return on behalf of yourself; this includes worn out clothes that were accidentally picked up as new ones (or anything else)!
Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged in accordance with our return policy.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, simply start the return process from My Account, and after we process the return, you will receive the store credit to re-purchase the item again. – just head over there now if this sounds good for both parties involved 🙂

Shipping returns
To return your product, log into your My Account page.
Your username and password were created at the time of your purchase and were emailed to the email you used when you placed your original order (If you can’t seem to find them, try checking your spam folder).
Once you are logged in, from the Dashboard go to the “Orders” section. You will see all the orders you have placed from your account.
Next, simply click the button that says “Request Return”, from the order your item was from.
Select the item(s) you would like to return and fill out the info required, then press Send Request”.
Once you submit your return request we will email you within 48 hours with the address to send your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We aren’t responsible for any packages that get lost or stolen while they’re on their way to us so make sure you keep track of the all tracking info sent with it!
Items must be unused, unwashed and have original tags attached and be in it’s original packaging.
All returns require an order packing slip which includes which items are being returned – if this isn’t filled out correctly then your return may experience issues in processing time.
